DAYBOOK ENTRY FOR TODAY, MONDAY TUESDAY, APRIL 28, 2009…
Sorry this is a day late! I was gone yesterday, but I thought it might be better late than never. 🙂
Outside my window… It is sunny and cool. We had several days of rain, and the grass got so green that it almost hurts my eyes. Beautiful!
I am thinking… My mind is always thinking about something. Where do I start?
I am thankful for… My husband. I really DO have the best husband in the world!
From the learning rooms…This is achievement test week. Dad administers the tests up in his church office, so I’ve only got the little girls at home with me this week. This should be fun!
From the kitchen… I need to put some beef stew in the slow cooker. That should smell good by this evening!
I am wearing… A black skirt that is cooler than jeans and feels nice on this spring day.
I am creating… my “vendor page” for the 2009 Ultimate Homeschool Expo.
I am going… no where in particular this week, except for grocery shopping. It’s always nice for a homemaker to stay home!
I am reading… nothing in particular this week, except my Bible. I have some cookbooks from the library checked out, and those will be fun to look at.
I am hearing…my youngest girl’s toy piano. She’s having a good time pushing all the buttons, but it might drive me crazy pretty soon!
Around the house… our town is having their annual garage sale this weekend, so I need to put a few things together for that.
One of my favorite things… buds on maple trees, set against a brilliantly blue sky.
A few plans for the rest of the week… some missionaries are visiting our church this coming Sunday, and they’ll be staying with us Saturday night. That will be fun!
