Last night I had a dream that a woman came over in need of some B vitamins. I searched my home but could not find the kind she wanted. She got her children and left in anger.
I asked the Father, “What are these B vitamins that she wanted?”
He said that they were “be” vitamins, or essential nutrients that she needed in her diet all day long, every day, if she wanted to “be” a godly woman. She couldn’t produce these in herself. She could only get them from the food she ate— and her food was not of high enough quality to supply them.
These weren’t literal vitamins, and Abba wasn’t talking about the literal food she ate. He was talking about her inner character, her spiritual qualities. She could not get what she needed in order to “be” loving, joyful, at peace, patient with her family, kind, good, faithful, gentle, or characterized by self control— her diet was not sufficient to help her produce this is her life.
The answer I gave her was to think about Yah’s Torah, all day long. It had to constantly fill her thoughts.
She didn’t like my “be” vitamins because they were hard to swallow compared to her normal brand. She wanted a quick answer to her character problems. She struggled to sit still for long, or to wait for a wise answer. She went to websites for answers that didn’t take YHVH into their equation, or watched videos all day long, not caring if the producers were Torah-obedient or indeed, if they scoffed at obeying Yah’s laws.
If she wanted to “be,” she needed essential nutrients in small amounts, all day long. She needed to turn off the ungodly voices and to listen to His Torah… day and night.
“Blessed is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners,
Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;
But his delight is in the Torah of YHVH,
And in His Torah he meditates day and night.
He shall be like a tree
Planted by the rivers of water,
That brings forth its fruit in its season,
Whose leaf also shall not wither;
And whatever he does shall prosper” (Psalm 1:1-3).

Thank you Anne. This is the Lord speaking through you! I needed this message. We are going through a tough time with the mandates here in Canada. My husband will lose his job if he doesn’t have the second shot by Nov 19th. I’m that woman scrambling for answers, looking to websites and videos and people to find a way out or through this. The Lord has been telling me to stop this as it’s causing more harm, stress, bitterness, anxiety and anger than anything else. We are getting worn out and tired. Thank you for your post confirming what I already was feeling in my spirit. I need to “be” with the Lord, in prayer, and in His word. I need to stop letting my anxiety, and grief and worry dominate my conversations with my husband. He is in a tough place and needs my support more than anything else.
That is such a hard situation! Thank you for sharing, and know that I’m praying for you, April!
