Well, have I got some big news to tell you! (No, I’m not pregnant…)
Kraig has accepted a pastorate at a small Baptist church in southern Minnesota. We will be moving there right before Christmas.
We’re very excited about this move! Kraig has been praying to be involved in full-time ministry for many years, and we’re thrilled at how God has directed and guided us.
We dearly love our church and home here in Iowa, and we will miss them SO much. Kraig will miss being involved with students every day, and several students need prayer that they would find someone to disciple and mentor them. Please pray for us, as it will be tough to say goodbye. Finally, please pray for all of us to have health and strength as we pack and do what feels like millions of jobs in preparation for our move.

Anne, The pastorate in Minnesota sounds like it will be something God can use for some real good, up there. Somehow, moving us away from places we’ve lived does change our perspective a bit, and causes most of us, who seek Him, to dig deeper into His storehouse of Peace, Grace, Joy and Love, besides His abundant blessings He gives, in provision, protection, help, generosity of others, new friendships with believers we did not know before, and more. He knows what He’s up to, as you well know. Will pray this move will bless you all back, as you give to others, investing in their growth in The Lord, up in Minnesota. We’ve met quite a few folks who live there and in Wisconsin. And there are some true believers there, who will uphold you, support you in prayer, and will love you back, in The Lord’s Way.
